These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Peer regarding the access and use of our automated competitor intelligence platform, located at trypeer.ai and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By signing in or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Peer uses Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and for all activity under your Peer workspace. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Peer may offer free trials or paid plans. When upgrading to a paid plan you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice via email or in-app message.
Peer retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, documentation, and content developed by Peer. You retain ownership of your data. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Peer may integrate with third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, data enrichment APIs). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Peer is not responsible for third-party services.
We treat the data you upload as confidential and only use it to provide the Service. You agree to keep Peer’s non-public information (including product roadmaps or diagnostics) confidential as well.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Peer does not guarantee that competitor data is complete, accurate, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to Peer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Peer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful way. Upon termination you must cease all access, and we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe.
